Working closely with our clients from the very beginning, Laidback Lee Design guided this Summer Hill renovation through every stage, from initial design and planning to selections, construction and final completion. The aim was a more functional, considered home that retained the character of the original residence while introducing a refined, contemporary feel.

Each space was developed to improve flow and everyday living, with bespoke joinery, natural materials and a warm, cohesive palette running throughout. The kitchen, bathrooms and living areas received particular attention, balancing practical storage and usability with careful detailing and high-quality finishes.

Being involved from the outset allowed us to carry the design intent consistently through construction and into the finished home. The result is a thoughtfully resolved renovation that feels warm, functional and cohesive, while remaining true to the character of the original Summer Hill home.
