Our team is composed of interior designers and project specialists who provide both interior design and architectural services, including renovation and new build DA/CDC applications. We work with clients locally in Sydney and surrounds, and offer many services virtually Australia-wide via Zoom consultations and digital mood boards. We aim to make the design and renovation process feel relaxed, supported, and enjoyable, guiding clients every step of the way.

  • Our services span both interior design and architecture, including renovation and new build Development Applications (DA) and Complying Development Certificate (CDC) applications. We begin by reviewing architectural plans to optimize floor plans for flow, function, and lifestyle, ensuring the design aligns seamlessly with the built form. We are proud of our high approval rate for planning applications submitted.

  • This foundational step involves developing tailored design concepts that explore the mood, style, and materiality of your space. We create photo-realistic 3D renders to help you visualize every detail before any work begins, providing clarity and confidence in the design direction. This concept phase is where we delve into your desires and the emotions you want to evoke in your living space.

  • Once the concept is approved, we bring the design to life by refining technical details like custom joinery design, wet areas, electrical layouts, and layered lighting concepts. We then create clear, detailed documentation and schedules for smooth delivery, ensuring your builders and trades can work with confidence.

  • We meticulously curate palettes of stone, tile, timber, paint, and textiles to create a cohesive look that reflects your style. Our team guides you through the process, utilizing curated mood boards, showroom visits, and access to our studio’s library, simplifying the selection of all fittings and fixtures from tapware to tiles.

  • We handle the procurement process, sourcing, ordering, and managing deliveries of all furniture, fittings, and finishes, saving you time and stress. The final step is homedressing and styling, where we select furniture, art, and accessories—often including custom pieces from our Curatorial Store or collaborations like The Drift Collection—to complete a cohesive, polished, and uniquely layered space.
