The Process
Step 1. Let’s Talk
We’ll start with a consultation to get an idea of what you are after and how we can help. This is a great opportunity for us understand your style and personality and how you would like to see your space transformed. You can send through photos or links!

Step 2. Meet your Laidback Lee Designer
After your consultation: you and your LLD designer will meet in-person (ideally in your space) or connect by-video chat if you are working remotely or part of our E-design package.
We’ll also create a mood board that show cases the overall aesthetic and is the driving force for all our inspirational needs. This is a great opportunity to let your designer know any final thought on the overall concept and design.
Step 3. We Create!
After our meeting we’ll collate all the information you have given us and source products for your space. We will then provide an itemised list of the products and costs for the whole project. We’ll also create a tailored made presentation board with images of the products so you get a visual understanding of how it will look.
Step 4. Shop, Save and Style
At LLD we work closely with suppliers and have fantastic relationships them. Not only do you get unique pieces for your home, but we are also able to pass exclusive trade discounts on to you.
Once the design has been finalised and the products have been paid and delivered. We then come to you and style the rooms so they can reach their full design potential!
